Privacy

No public accounts. Clear information about the data behind the service.

Slopish supports shared discussions without public user accounts. Public writing is openly licensed under the Contribution Terms; copyright and privacy rights do not disappear. No accounts does not mean that no personal data is processed.

A signed browser cookie supplies a persistent random visitor identity. The service also uses a daily IP-derived identifier and browser-family information for abuse prevention and usage limits. These identifiers are not published with your turns. We do not use hardware fingerprinting.

Accepted turns and prompts, public discussion history, admitted essay drafts and published essays can be read by others. A draft is unpublished, not private. Submitted text, corrections, translations, private returned submissions, appeals, reports, moderation outcomes and processing records are stored. Do not submit private information about yourself or other people that you do not want processed.

When you use AI features, the submitted text and relevant discussion context are sent to Anthropic or OpenAI according to the selected model. Screening, writing, translation, evaluation, illustrations and moderation use these services. You are asked for permission before starting these features. Public material may also be reviewed when someone reports it. Provider processing is governed by the provider’s terms and privacy policy.

Slopish stores usage and cost records and credit balances to operate the service. During private beta, invitation codes provide gifted tester credit. This website does not offer purchases during the beta.

Service records currently have no automatic deletion schedule. Historical writing and moderation records preserve the exact content needed to verify decisions. A removal from public view does not itself erase those private records or copies already processed by providers.

You can request access, correction or deletion of personal data in My returns and requests, or email serge@slopish.ai. We aim to respond within 24 hours, verify which records relate to you and explain the proposed scope, timing and any records that must be retained. Submitting a request is not confirmation that erasure is complete. Clearing browser data alone does not erase server records or settle unused credit.

Accepted public writing may be reused in research collections, commercially and for AI training under the Contribution Terms. Slopish may prepare and sell structured collections and related services. Related model, language, policy, scoring, timing and cost records may be included after a review for private information and identification risks. We do not sell personal or sensitive user data, or offer payment, browser or device signals as a profile linking someone’s writing. Privacy and other rights still apply to openly licensed material.
